Stratagon is looking for a determined and skillful business development professional to join our team who will source, engage, and commit new clients to discovery meetings with our sales team.

This role offers a combination base salary and commission package with full benefits.


Your Role

  • The BDR will be responsible for prospecting, generating new client meetings, securing the client meetings, and preparing the sales team prior to the client meeting with any relevant information on the client and people involved in the upcoming meeting
  • Utilize business processes and strategy to drive measurable outcomes
  • Accountable for meeting and exceeding company KPI expectations
  • Report prospecting strategies, progress, challenges, and new ideas for regular review
  • Maintain a robust database of accounts & clients in our CRM
  • Learn and knowledgeably relate Stratagon’s history, marketing capabilities, measures, and implementation strategies to prospective clients
  • Participate in client meetings with our sales team to increase your knowledge of our capabilities, advantages, differentiators, and client questions.

Job requirements

Personal Requirements

  • Strong & proven ability to :
    • prospect for new client meetings and secure new client meetings
    • support and collaborate with an established sales team
  • Identify and utilize new methods for prospecting and securing new client meetings
  • 2-4 years of experience in a BD, lead generation role for marketing or technology firm
  • Excellent communications skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to utilize Stratagon CRM effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • Preferred: experience prospecting in manufacturing, higher education, financial services industries, sales experience working for a digital agency
  • Salary: This position is commission-primary, with a modest base but success-driven commission.
